Factors Influencing the Efficiency of Tourism Services and their Impact on the Development of the Tourism Industry

This study investigates the multifaceted factors influencing the efficiency of tourism services and their subsequent impact on the tourism sector. Employing both qualitative and quantitative methods, we examine economic, technological, managerial, infrastructural, and socio-cultural elements in shaping tourism service outcomes. The analysis includes data from Uzbekistan and comparative insights from international case studies. Findings reveal that efficiency in tourism services is significantly enhanced through digitalization, workforce training, and policy support, directly affecting tourist satisfaction, revisit intention, and sector competitiveness. The paper concludes with practical recommendations for optimizing service quality in emerging tourism markets.
