Representing science, including the philosophy of the peoples of the Near and Middle East, especially Central Asia, Abu Rayhan Beruni showed great interest in their history of philosophy, spiritual traditions, and mutual influence with other cultures. He was well aware that during this period the spiritual life of this region reached unprecedented prosperity and took leading positions around the world.
