Abstract

This article considers the issue of numerical modeling and analysis of the process of precision cutting of sandwich panels, which are widely used in the construction industry. Mechanical loads, interlayer elasticity differences and deformation states during panel cutting were modeled in the MATLAB software environment. The change in shear force, relative elongation and deformation over time was analyzed. Also, a mechanism for optimizing the stability of the shear force and energy consumption using the PID control algorithm was developed in the Simulink environment. The results allow organizing an automated and quality-controlled cutting process taking into account the physical and mechanical properties of sandwich panel layers. The research serves to improve the cutting quality and reduce waste in building materials production lines.
