Abstract

A control program is a set of instructions in a Programming   language that corresponds to the algorithm of the machine's operation in the processing of workpieces. The technological process of production of parts at CNC Programming   machines is related to reception, processing, transfer, storage and management. In this, the human factor plays an important role in the development of the technological process, working in the dialogue mode with the computer, preparing and correcting the software, organizing and managing the processing process. Therefore, a complex of systems from the point of view of cybernetics. Automatic Programming   of the technological process and control of the processing process can be considered as a human-machine system, in which a person uses the unique capabilities of electronic technology.

Due to the wide technological capabilities of the equipment controlled by the automatic program, it was possible to fully automate the entire process of production of parts.
