Abstract

This article discusses the right of citizens to organize assemblies and their legal basis, various forms and political and social role, and discusses the fact that rallies, meetings and demonstrations allow citizens to freely express their opinions and put forward demands and proposals on current issues in society. Analyzing the legal basis and international experience, the importance of exercising this right in forming a democratic and pluralistic society is studied. In particular, The article provides a detailed understanding of how rallies, meetings and demonstrations are regulated in the country's legislation and their purpose and forms from the point of view of international law, and the opinions of scholars are scientifically analyzed. The article also focuses on the purpose, nature and social significance of these events, and examines the problems and gaps in national legislation regarding them.
