Abstract

This article analyzes the successful experiences of foreign countries in developing human resources in the tourism sector and explores the possibilities of their application in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The article also presents the experiences of human resources development in the USA, Korea, Italy, and Russia, the system of human resources development in the tourism sector in the USA, and certification programs.
