Preferred Motives of Students when Choosing a Profession and their Psychological Description

This article discusses the motives that prevail in the process of choosing a profession by students and their psychological characteristics. Career choice is an important decision for personal development, social integration and future success, and this process is shaped by psychological, social and cultural factors. Students may have different motives for choosing a career, including: personal interests, parental or societal expectations, economic status and personal opportunities. These motives have a great influence on students' decisions and their future activities. The article also pays attention to the relationship between motivations and psychological characteristics in choosing a profession, students' socio-emotional status, personal characteristics, and the role of motivation in decision-making. Through research and psychological analysis, the psychological aspects of students' choice of profession and the factors influencing them are analyzed.
