The implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies transforms preschool education by creating individualized educational programs which improve students' developmental results. A research investigation analyzes AI potential for early childhood educational support through investigation of its technical deployment and ethical elements along with theoretical assessment of extended implications. Research outcomes demonstrate that AI systems deliver customized learning systems through adaptive performance feedback combined with real-time pupil progress tracking which enables teachers to pursue individual student advancement needs. AI-based tools contribute to early identification of academic issues which improves the quality of intervention practices. The study recognizes various obstacles which include privacy issues and ethical problems together with maintaining an appropriate blend of technology and human interactions. The study reveals refined results showing AI works best when used alongside existing instructional methods rather than trying to replace them completely. AI technology has the potential to build an innovative preschool education system which combines dynamic approaches with equitable access to create pathways for early childhood learning progress.
