Abstract

The study of attention in high school students is one of the most pressing tasks in modern pedagogy and psychology, as it is directly linked to academic performance, personal development, and the future achievements of students. Attention, as a cognitive process, requires a systematic approach for its study and development in the school environment. This article discusses the scientific and pedagogical foundations for developing attention in high school students, analyzing modern methods of assessment and improvement of attention. The research is based on the theoretical foundations of educational psychology and new approaches to pedagogical practice, which help to maintain and enhance students’ concentration. The paper explores pedagogical strategies aimed at the effective development of students' attention in the educational environment.
