Abstract

The article presents opinions on the topic, focusing on the problems of linguoculturology, issues of language, culture, and national pride. The perspectives, concepts, and factors of linguoculturology are reviewed. This article is prepared as information on the current research area.

This paper explores the multifaceted reflection of the world landscape within the framework of linguoculturology. It argues that language, far from being a neutral tool for communication, actively shapes and is shaped by the cultural and environmental contexts in which it is embedded. The study examines how linguistic structures, including vocabulary, grammar, and discourse patterns, encode and transmit perceptions, values, and beliefs about the natural and built environments. By analyzing examples from diverse linguistic communities, the paper demonstrates how different languages conceptualize and categorize aspects of the world, revealing the profound influence of culture on linguistic representation. Furthermore, it investigates the ways in which language use reflects and reinforces existing power dynamics related to environmental issues, such as resource management and climate change. Ultimately, the paper contributes to a deeper understanding of the intricate relationship between language, culture, and the environment, highlighting the crucial role of linguoculturology in interpreting the world's diverse landscapes and fostering intercultural environmental awareness.
