State of Learning Gymnastic Tools for Pre-School Children and its Methodological Basis

The study of gymnastics tools for preschool children is carried out through games and activities, which stimulate children's interest and facilitate their engagement in physical exercises. Methodologically, this process is based on the creation of adapted curricula, taking into account the individual characteristics of children. At the same time, educators need to implement effective training and exercises to increase children's physical activity.
